WEST PALM BEACH --? The National Qualifying contest for Florida's Fittest Men and Women was held Saturday night at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.?
Men and Women from ages 16 to 70 showed how discipline and training pay off. Competitors say it's really a contest with yourself and a lot of self-discipline with what you eat.
The competition is held in conjunction with the 3rd annual Fitness, Figure and Bikini Classic Where contestants are judged on toning and symmetry, rather than muscle. Ice cream was not in the cards for competitors in Florida's Fittest Men and Women.
